Sushant Prasad the brain behind Maverick Media has been in the Film industry since 2009. He has been blessed with the chance to design and handle film production and sales of several reputed films for over a decade. Over these years he has developed very close working relationships with directors like National award-winning director Vetri Maran and several top production houses across South India thus enabling them to get into production and produce stories that they feel need to be told to the world. These relationships with directors and producers continue even up to today. In the last 4 years, he has focused more on digital content sales as there was a need for aggregators and a disconnect between platforms and production houses. He took the opportunity to work closely with producers and directors in selling their content to OTT platforms, and TV channels. 2020, 2021 and 2022, 2023 Maverick Entertainment has been part of some of the biggest deals from South India.
